Refund & Return Policy

1. Inspection upon delivery
Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. If any product is damaged in transit or differs from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
2. Returns
Unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be complete with all accessories, manuals and original packing materials. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or verified defect).
3. Warranty
Performance turbochargers, intercoolers, radiators and silicone hose products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover improper installation, race/competition use beyond the product rating, physical damage, or normal wear. Please contact us with your order number and evidence (photos/video) for any warranty claim.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Custom-built or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
