1. Agreement
By accessing ahresracing.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Products & fitment
Performance parts are sold for off-road, track and properly modified vehicles. Before purchase, verify fitment, dimensions and compatibility with your vehicle. Fitment data on product pages is provided in good faith; it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm suitability. If in doubt, contact our sales team with your vehicle model and engine code.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed after payment is received. Wholesale quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. We accept T/T, PayPal and major credit cards where available.
4. Installation
Products should be installed by qualified technicians. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by improper installation, incorrect tuning, or use beyond the product’s intended specifications.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos and product photography — is the property of Ahres Racing and may not be reproduced without written permission. Manufacturer names and OE part numbers are used for reference only to identify compatibility; they do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by any vehicle manufacturer.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including vehicle downtime or tuning costs.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; failing that, by arbitration or the competent court at the seller’s location.
